Data We Process
Name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, optional address, products you are interested in, the type of business on the dealer form, your message, and the page and language of the form.
Purposes
To assess your dealer application or contact request, to reply to you, to establish a possible business relationship and to prevent misuse.
Campaign and promotional messages are sent only if you give the separate, optional permission on the form; not giving it does not affect your application.
Recipients and Transfer Abroad
Your form data is forwarded to the sales management system (CRM) used by the team that will answer you. This system is hosted in Germany (Frankfurt; Vercel and Neon infrastructure).
The form contains a separate explicit consent box for this transfer. If you prefer not to consent, you can contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Google Analytics is used for visit statistics; this service may process technical data such as IP addresses abroad.
Legal Basis
Data related to receiving and answering your application is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Separate explicit consent is obtained for the transfer abroad and for optional commercial messages.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the application and any resulting business relationship require and until legal retention obligations end; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your consent to the transfer abroad or to commercial messages at any time, with effect for the future, by writing to info@barutgroup.com.tr.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request notification of these to third parties, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
